報告： From Josephson effect towards superconducting quantum computing

In this talk, I will present an overview of the superconducting quantum computing based on my research experiences in this area for twenty years. First, I will briefly describe the Josephson effect and macroscopic quantum phenomena, as well as the early achievements in the area of superconducting quantum computing. Then, I will introduce the high-coherence superconducting qubits, which give rise to the demonstration of quantum supremacy and quantum advantages in recent years. Also, I will show some examples in both quantum simulation and quantum computation.  Finally, summary and outlook are given, including the important issues and challenges in this frontier area of physics.

專家簡介：遊建強，浙江大學物理系求是特聘教授、博士生導師。研究領域為量子計算與量子信息、量子光學和凝聚态物理。1984年7月在湘潭大學物理系獲物理學專業學士學位，1988年8月在中國科學院金屬研究所獲金屬物理專業碩士學位，1997年7月在中國科學院固體物理研究所獲凝聚态物理專業博士學位。曾任北京計算科學研究中心講座教授、複旦大學物理系謝希德冠名教授等。2016年承擔科技部國家重點研發計劃重點專項項目，任項目首席。1999年獲安徽省自然科學獎二等獎，2003年獲日本理化學研究所前沿研究頭等獎 (RIKEN Frontier Research System Grand Award)。現為德國Springer出版社Quantum Information Processing雜志和美國物理學會Physical Review Applied雜志編委。
